The first three say who made the device and the last three are the individual identification of the device. When you connect to a server, a router, or any other device your mac address says what the device is. There it will show your ip address, mac address, and wifi address. Will probably display about and then the name of your device. Scroll down all the way to the about option at the bottom. You will see wifi, ethernet, more, sound, etc as options going down the left side of the screen when there.
